1) Eligibility & Nature of Services

  • Adults 18+ only. We may request age verification.

  • Platonic only. No sexual services, no sexual touching or sexual roleplay, and no erotic content/sexting. Requests for sexual services violate these Terms.

  • Not therapy or medical care. We are not a healthcare provider or crisis service and do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or legal/financial advice. If you are in crisis, call your local emergency number or visit the nearest emergency facility.

2) Accounts, Bookings & Intake

  • You may book sessions via our site/booking tools. You agree that all information you provide (intake, preferences, boundaries) is accurate and kept current.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion (e.g., safety, appropriateness, conflict).

  • Platform: Sessions occur online via third-party tools (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet/Calendly). You are responsible for your internet connection, device, and environment.

3) Session Options & Duration

We offer session formats listed on the site (e.g., 45-min, 75-min, multi-block “Deep Day,” or monthly bundles). A “session” is the scheduled time window; late arrivals do not extend the session.

4) Boundaries & Community Standards

  • Be kind, respectful, and lawful. Harassment, hate speech, threats, manipulation, doxxing, recording without consent, or illegal activity are prohibited.

  • Sexual requests or conduct: Any request for sexual services or sexual roleplay results in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in permanent account bans and reporting if required by law.

  • You agree not to solicit in-person meetings, gifts, or payments outside our official channels.

5) Fees, Payments & Taxes

  • Fees are listed at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

  • Payments are processed by third parties (e.g., [Stripe/Square]). We do not store full card details. You authorize the processor to charge your payment method for all fees.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion, or bank fees.

6) Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Reschedule: No fee if requested ≥ 12 hours before the session start.

  • Late cancel/no-show (< 6 hours): Charged in full; no refund. Unless circumstances give reason.

  • Provider cancellations: If we must cancel, you may choose a refund or a rebook at no charge.

  • Boundary violations: If we end a session due to your violation of these Terms (e.g., sexual request, harassment), no refund is provided.

7) Subscriptions & Bundles (if offered)

  • If you purchase a monthly plan (e.g., “Weekly Companion”), it renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.

  • Cancel any time to stop future renewals (cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period).

  • We may change subscription pricing with prior notice; changes apply to the next cycle.

8) Recordings, Confidentiality & Notes

  • No recordings by default. We do not record sessions unless both parties give explicit, written consent in advance.

  • You may not record, screenshot, rebroadcast, or share session content without mutual written consent.

  • We may keep brief notes (e.g., preferences, accountability goals) to personalize your experience; see our Privacy Policy for details.

9) User Content & Testimonials

  • If you submit messages, feedback, or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display them for service operation and marketing only with your consent, and subject to any anonymization agreed.

  • Do not submit content that infringes others’ rights, is unlawful, or violates these Terms.

10) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security.

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including promoting or facilitating prostitution, human trafficking, or the exploitation of minors.

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

  • Attempt to circumvent our scheduling, payment, or safety processes.

11) Third-Party Services

The Services integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google, Stripe, Calendly, email/CRM, analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or outages.

12) Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, designs) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by these Terms or with our written consent.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy (linked on the site). By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described there.

14) Disclaimers

  • THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME (E.G., PRODUCTIVITY RESULTS, EMOTIONAL STATE).

  • THE SERVICES ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, MENTAL HEALTH, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

15) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW “NICOLE” SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SESSION OR SUBSCRIPTION DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the above applies to the fullest extent permitted.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
